What is the process in application?
- Fill in our online application form and if you have not already register for GST you can register for free.
- We process your application within 48 hours for credit and serviceability assessment.
- We prepare your lease projection package to suit your business needs.
- We can also find you a suitable lender from a brokerage facility, should you choose only to option for asset finance option only to suit your business.
- We can also offer you a full operating vehicle lease plus package 'Lease2own' option.for a simple single outgoing budget cost, free up capital and maximum tax benefits.
What is the difference between a lease and finance hire purchase ?
It comes down to the needs and objectives of your business, along with your financial situation. a lease may suit you if you need a vehicle or equipment for a fixed period and want to be able to upgrade to another vehicle at the end of the lease, while a hire purchase might suit you better if you want to buy the vehicle or equipment in instalments, but don’t want to pay the entire amount in one go and need to keep your cash flow available for business expenses.
Am I eligible to obtain a lease2own?
- You must be over 18 years of age or over and have a current and valid driving licence.
- Have an active ACN or and ABN, registered as a business or company / Pty Ltd.
- You have Not been declared bankruptcy or credit defaulted by judgement. Check your free credit report here
- You have No licence restrictions or cancellation from past cancellation or suspensions, in past 3 years. Get your current Driving Report or your RMS report click here
- You have No criminal records listing as record to bodily harm or No fraud related charges. Apply to get your report here
- You have No more than 3x 'at fault' motor claims" in the past 3 years
- You able to provide us with your 100 points of identifications, 2x photo ID and proof of income or bank statements.
- You able to pay any upfront lease bond/s that may be applicable.
What TYpe of documentation do I need? (five choices below)
- Copy of valid Australian Driver’s Licence or RMS Customer Number for overseas licence holder
- Copy of your valid Australian Credit Card under your name
- Copy of Your Current Bank Statement showing your bank BSB and Account Number
- Copy of Your Current Payslips or BAS statements, as proof of income
- Copy of Utility Bills or Residential Agrrement or Rates Notice
- Copy of current Passport or Medicare Card
- Copy of proof of current residency or address

How Long is the lease2own term?
- The Lease2own package has a full term of 4.3 Years or 225 weeks in total, with option to buy vehicle offer for $1 at the end of the term to own your leased vehicle.
- The Lease2own minimum term for buyout eligibility is 24 months and your estimated buyout is calculated around 46 weeks of your current lease repayment or current market value determination, at the time.
CAN I CHOOSE my own vehicle?
Yes, you can choose one of (A,B,C) from our Lease2own Plans for vehicles package category;
what is the application fee for Lease2own ?
A standard application fee of $550.00 is payable when you have agreed to our 'Lease2own' package estimate.
What is a buyout fee term?
- Buyout fee is a option for our members or leasee to be eligible to buy the asset or motor vehicle for a single buyout payment payable in full at the time is provided and available for only period of 21 days.
- Buyout offer is eligible and applicable only after 24 months to end of the full term period served and paid or stated in the contract otherwise.
- The buyout fee may change time to time and calculated based on projected calculation of 46x weeks against lease repayments or asset resale value at the time, whichever is lesser.
- Buyout offer is NOT calculated or cannot be use in conjuction of lease repayments credits that has already been paid previously or may not be deducted from future ongoing lease repayments payables.

WHAT IS 'NOT INCLUDED' ON MY LEASE2own PACKAGE ?
- Fuel usage
- Tolls charges on any toll roads
- Traffic or toll infringements
- Insurance claim excess fees and any additional excess charges
- Any late fees or toll admins charges
- Legal or Recovery fees
- Any additional repair costs excluded from warranty cover
- Any parts replacements or repair costs as result from wear and tear or negligence
- Any costs related towards vehicle transfer fee or stamp duty
- Any cost related to personalised number plate by request
- Discharge fees or stamp duty and transfer fees applicable.
Do I need to have a good credit history and who can apply?
- Not necessary, provided you can provide all identification and proof of income documents and you have fulfill our driver application form , you may be qualify to obtain a lease with us.
- We may accept applicants with low credit score, as result from on minor debt defaults but 'NOT' on part 9 debt agreement or defaulted by judgements or bankruptcy.
- We can assist and accept overseas students or and temporary visa holders applicants.
- We can assist No credit history applicants.
- We can assist new self employed or new self contractors and corporate vehiclle leasing without GST registration.
- We may still require to view your personal credit report history check from equifax.com.au
- We may still evaluate each individual applicants and apply any special conditions based on indovidual applicants profile.
how long do i need to wait, until i can get my car?
- Once you are approved, we will acetain to source your vehicle selection within 10-28 days to get into your vehicle, depends on vehicle selection and stock availibility at the time.
Can I have my lease placed on hold ?
- We may look at each case per basis only and lease2own plan may be placed on hold for up to maximum 14 days por 2 weeks per annually. (Tips: generally you are not entitle to hold or paused any lease payments, otherwise we may have the rights to terminate the lease at anytime after 21 days without further notice, if payment is not recieved).
- Your hold period will be added to your lease term.
Who can Drive my Car?
- You are allowed to drive your car for either for or in conjuction of personal, business or ride sharing use.
- You can option for unlimited kms use om your insurance policy for additional $20.00 per week.
- You can add a secondary driver to your insurance policy for private use or ride-sharing, additional driver fee applies of $35.00 per week.
- Un-listed driver excess $1,950, at the event of accident claim and applies as additional or on top of your basic excess.
What is my INSURANCE excess AND IS THERE ANY ADDITIONAL EXCESSES?
1) Basic excess payable (Listed named driver over 25Y age) = $1,000.00Additional excesses, where is applicable: A) Under Age 25Y, listed named driver +$750.00B) Inexperience driver excess, less than 2 years of driving in Australia (International or Provisional licence) +$960
C) High Performance vehicle $2,990.00D) Unlisted Driver excess $1,950.00
WHAT SHOULD I DO, IF I WAS INVOLVED IN MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT?
- Don't panic, make sure no one and including yourself are not injured, if you need assistance in emergency call the Police or Ambulance or Fire services dial 000.
- Always take pictures of the other parties details and take plenty of photos for their identification, yours and their vehicle damages and your scene of location where it happenned.
- Fill in our online incident claim form and pay an insurance excess if applicable or at fault claim.
- If you are NOT at fault, please advise the third party involved (if identified) to contact their insurer as soon as possible and lodge a claim and pay theor excess, then provide you with their insurance claim number in order to avoid any insurance excess payable by you as not at fault party.

- Pay any excess applied (See of example of excess payable at claim time);
- "At event of an accident, when the listed driver is deemed 'at fault', a insurance claim process is mandatory to cover for any vehicles or such prior for any sort of repairs or other costs associated can or may be carried out. Any damages related to each incident will be treated as single individual claim".
- If you are deemed 'not to be at fault', you will need to obtain and provide us with the third party 'insurance claim number' in order to proceed with any recovery or repairs.
- This sample of excesses applied as such; "If the listed driver is a 24 year old with an international license or holds L or P plate license legally driving a considered a normal unmodified roadworthy passenger vehicle, has an 'at fault' accident, in this instance this excessess applies: Basic excess of $ 990.00, plus additional under 25Y of age excess: $750, plus International licence excess: $960. So, total excess payable at the time of claim will be: $2,700.00
WHAT should i do when MY VEHICLE BREAKS DOWN?
- Call our 24/7 Rodaside Assitance anytime Ph 1800 008 616
- If deemed unrepairebale, call your fleet manager and we will arrange to have the car towed away to your neraest city surround metro area or to appointed mechanical workshop available.
- Any mechanical repairs under our Protection Warranty Plan are undertaken covered by Drive2go Fleet covering general faulty mechanical parts and labour but does not includes fault arise and ras result from wear and tear or neglicence.
What if I need my car serviced ?
- You are entitles to basic maintenance or service schedules as part of your lease package
- You can option for premium maintennace pacakage, which covers once annual intervals for premium servicing includes brakes, tyres and battery replacement or other additional maintennaces needs.
- All of our service is carried out as per manufactures requirements by manufacture's service centres or may be done by independent mechanic available in most nearby areas to you and we do offer express same day service.
- Your service schdule or due date is set on service due sticker located on top right in your windscreen of your car.
WHERE CAN I PICK UP MY VEHICLE?
- We have multiple vehicle pick up or drop off hub spots location in Sydney Australia.
- You will be appointed to a dedicated manager in your states to appointed you to vehicle location pick up or direct door delivery.
How does the billing system work?
- Your payment is always due weekly 'In-Advance' intervals from the day you have picked up your vehicle or amendment stated otherwise.
- Yes, all payment is inclusive of GST and tax invoice will be email to you weekly.
What is the payment method of lease payment?
- Credit card (Pre-Authorised)
- Stripe Payment Gateway (additional fees applies)
- Bank transfer EFT (Banking Details are included in your invoice)
- There is a $5.50 daily late fee applies to your overdue invoices with limits of up to 21 days or further legal recovery will be imposed against you.
- Additional late fees and legal fees may be imposed against you
- Debt recovery will be taken against you without further notice
- Civil claims of legal proceedings will commence ahginst you
- Credit Default by judgement may will be recorded aginst your name

Is there any additional processing fee for infringements or penalty notices ?
- Processing toll notice admin fee of $5.50 per notice
- Processing fee of Infringements penalty admin fee of $27.50 per penalty
- Payment dishonor fee of $15.00 weekly is applicable
- Yes, we encourage you to have a valid toll account and tag fitted to your vehicle at all times with sufficient credit in your account, at all times.
- You have 3 days to pay the tolling company, if your tag is not working or have insufficient credit in your account.
- When Toll notice is sent to us (usually 2-3 weeks), we will endorse the toll notice to you and apply the $5.50 toll notice admin fee per toll notice (Admin fee does not include your toll charge or any other admin fee associated by toll providers, in which you are still required to pay to toll providers directly).

What is Direct Debit Authority mean?
- You arte required to sign a direct debit authority to allow us to debit your weekly lease repayments or any other other sale amount or charges until all invoices are paid for, in which this means debit authorithy will or may remains open during and after the lease expires or terminated, until any sale amount outstanding is recovered or paid for.
- You can write to us to cancel or stop the direct debit authority at anytime, however you are required under our lease agreement and policy to comply and pay any outstanding invoices or until its all paid for.
WHAT IS A FINANCIAL HARDSHIP ASSISTANCE?
We understand that anyone can experience financial problems. Life can take unexpected turns that sometimes make it difficult for you to maintain your repayments. Whether its illness, loss of employment, a relationship breakdown or something else, we encourage you to contact us to discuss your change in circumstances.When we become aware of your situation, we will assess your circumstances on a "case by case" basis to see what arrangements or options may be suitable for you.

What happens when I fill in the on line form?We will endeavour to contact you during the nominated time on the number provided, within 48 hours of receiving the information.What supporting documents do I need?Solutions are assessed on a case by case basis and you may need to provide some further information such as Centrelink documents, medical information or proof of income and expenditure.
If required our consultants will discuss these requirements with you.What type of assistance is available?Assistance is determined on a case by case basis and could include reduced or deferred repayments. We are committed to working with you to provide a solution that will better your financial position.What happens if my application for financial hardship is declined?We will advise you of the reason for the decline. However, even if we decline hardship assistance we may provide other assistance on a case-by-case basis. You may wish to seek further financial advice from a financial counsellor or other third party, about the options available to you.
